Securely package your device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship Local or Global

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to retain your tracking receipt for verification.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technical team inspects the hardware for functionality and completeness, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
